Our Mission:

The Plymouth Parent-Teacher Association, Inc. (“Plymouth PTA”) is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization that provides support and enrichment to the students and families at Plymouth Elementary School in Monrovia, California, an award-winning school with Mandarin dual-immersion programs.
Our over 250-person membership of dedicated parents, students, teachers, and staff work together to:
engage families in our school and their students’ education,
enrich the school experience for all our students, and
provide financial and volunteer support to our Title I school.

Get Involved
There are so many fun and rewarding ways to get involved with Plymouth PTA! You decide the level of commitment you are comfortable with.
Start small with attending a Family Night and becoming a member. If you have the means, maybe consider volunteering or providing a donation. It’s completely up to you!

family night and steam kits!
During the 2020–2021 school year, Plymouth PTA packaged up over 1,000 take-home activity kits in order to maintain our rich tradition of PTA Family Nights by taking them virtual and to provide Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) enrichment for our students while they were distance learning!

Volunteer hours
Our PTA members put in over 7,000 volunteer hours in the 2022–2023 school year! From classroom support to the morning car valet line, from organizing and running our Family Nights to beautifying the school. We are so grateful for our volunteers!
